Make sale plan and achieve the set sales target on the respective market/area.
Develop and coordinate with the Distributor's sale team to distribute sales channel/area, set out team's sale target, training and develop the team's sale skills, motivate the team.
Develop new customers, new sales channel, products, meeting target on the brand's market exposure.
Coordinate with the Marketing department to come up with ideas of branding activities, product promotions. And coordinate with the company's field employee to act in reality.
Market research and recommend solution, innovations bringing more sales to the company; effective and ontime report of competitors' market movement.
Follow the company's policies, rules, and standards.
Perform added tasks assigned by superiors.
Report regularly by weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly time the assigned works including works arising outside of working scope to receive timely assistant of higher ups.
Information Confidentiality:
- Secure & protect information related to assigned works.
- Secure & protect information related to the company products, suppliers and sales activities.
Secure and protect other information according to the company's Confidentiality agreement.
