Mô tả công việc
Develop, identify and gain new business opportunities to achieve sales targets
Source, build customer database and send/follow up sales leads to/from overseas sales agents.
Visit existing clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
Cooperate with CS/Docs & Accounting team to setup SOP for each account as well as ensure business handling smoothlyfrom time to time. Be main contact window to customers & coordinate with internal team to solve problems/claim in aligned with company policies.
Follow up with customer to ensure payment on time.
Track sales goals and report results to senior management.
Investigate and update market situation timely, enhance company's name & market share in Vietnam market.
Supervise & ensure proper filing of customer's service contract
Support on reports, projects & nominated business assigned by senior management if any.
Participate in regional sales and marketing campaigns as assignments
Other tasks assigned by senior management if any.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Sales, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in freight forwarding and logistics industry sales with proven track record.
Strong customer-oriented mindset.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
In-depth knowledge of industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
Ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
Fluent in English. Chinese is an advantage.
Willingness to travel as required.
