Main responsibilities: Perform customer service-related tasks that are directed by Manager and aligned with service standards, including but not limited to:
Enter and update customer information in the database.
Contact potential customers to inform them about our company, a product or service using scripts.
Prepare presentation files and relevant documents for client meetings.
Handle correspondence, back-up help-line service when needed and coordinate with Manager to response to clients.
Filing & documentation.
Handle other customer service/sales administration tasks as assigned.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree or above in any field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Especially in Excel).
Having Data-driven mindset.
English fluency.
Hard working, careful & be an active learner.
Good communication & time management skills.
