Mô tả công việc
Training and Coaching
To take part in developing the annual training plan and budget
To take responsibility to develop and organize the professional trainings and action plan to develop the skills for management level and salesman.
To attend the periodic meeting to train the management skills for DSM/ ASM/ Team leader and receive the feedbacks from sales team.
To cooperate with Sale Department to organize the training course about functional/ technical skills for sales team.
Procedure Compliance:
To take responsibility to check and assess the systems and execution of sales process of Sales Man/ Team leader/ DSM/ ASM
Sales Team development
To contribute, develop and finalize the management tools, methodologies of enhancing the sales capability of sales team appropriate with corporate orientation.
To make the contributory ideas about working procedure, policy and allowance for business trip, rewarding and promotion policy for sales employees.

Qualifications
University Graduate
Preferred BA in Business Administration, Foreign Trade, Economics/Finance
Experiences
At least 2 years experiences in similar position in MSC and Pharmaceutical industry
General Skills
Presentation skill

Decision Making skill
Knowledge about sales distribution system, procedure & policy.
Knowledge about Pharmaceutical industry
Other requirements
Office computer skill (PowerPoint/Word/Excel...)
