Serving as the lead point of contact for customers
Providing support for clients by learning about and satisfying their needs.
Receiving complaints and requests, thencoordinating with internal teams to deliver solutions.
Building long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with customers.
Ensuring that the project team is making appropriate progresson a day-to-day basis.
Presenting and demonstrating the value of products and services to prospective buyers.
Developing sales volume byactively seeking new sales opportunities.
Following up on leads and winning new clients.
Maintaining a database of contact information.
Managing social media and email accounts.
Providing creative ideas and marketing campaigns for social media platforms

1+ years' experience in an Account capacity
Level of language proficiency:Above-average English fluency (IELTS 6.5+ or equivalent)
