Mô tả công việc
Daily check revenue figures and update into system
Regularly check to ensure company regulations and procedures are enforced
Ensure tenant payment and deposit are paid in full by the timeline
Be responsible for documents related to changes of tenancy agreement, such as notification, termination, liquidation...
Deliver periodical reports as required by accounting regulations and requirements from the Manager
Issuing invoices for tenants (rental fee)

Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Experience working in related positions in Retail Industry (Shopping Mall, Mart, Supermarket, Building, and apartment)
Good communication skills in both English & Vietnamese
Experience with SAP ( SAP B1, SAP HANA)
