MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
Reporting Line: Regional Manager (South)
Job Purpose: To support Region,
Account Executive (AE) and Sales Coordinators by administering the sales information system and provide all other administration services for the sales department and staff.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Business/ tender document translation and support
Translation: contracts, memo, presentations, open letters, notification letters, operational manual, ETC.
Support RM/AEs in brainstorming and editing official letters to customers
Safety Data Sheet translation for customers
- Support for AE team to prepare tender:
Review product list, check price, and document prepare (coordinate with marketing Dept, finance Dept, regulatory, distributors ,...)
Package Insert tracker: Package Insert consolidation for AE teams, help reduce time consumption while AEs prepare tender proposals
- Support commercial activities:
Prepare material for BDs, GPs, RTDs, training: prepare document, printing, invitation letter, booking transportation, hotel, restaurant.....
Prepare documents for products delivery: Provide sub-distributors with documents necessary to complete orders delivery (Invoice/Packing list/ Import License)
- Assistant for RM & AEs to consolidate reports, dashboard, proposals.....
- At all times comply with company policies, procedures and instructions.
- Contribute to improving the business and enhancing the reputation of the company by putting forward new ideas and by implementing change when requested to do so.
