Job Description
As a Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the Sales Team, ensuring the smooth operation of the department, enhancing customer satisfaction, and contributing to revenue growth.
Customer/Supplier Management:
• Receive and manage customer inquiries and requests, including internal and external customers (Vietnam & Overseas).
• Handling requests from customers to suppliers: finding outsourcing candidates for software projects.
Administrative and Reporting:
• Handle all project documentation, including: proposal, quotation, purchase order, contract, handover, invoice.
• Follow invoice and payment schedules with customers and ensure timely collections.
• Forecast project revenue and profit for the entire year.
• Assist accounting department in monthly closing activities.
• Data entry, filing, and reporting.
• Perform other assigned tasks.
