Mô tả công việc
Work location: Lầu 4 B12, Toà nhà Phú Mã Dương, 79/5 Đường Hoàng Văn Thái, Khu TTTM Tài Chính Quốc Tế Phú Mỹ Hưng, P.Tân Phú, Q.7, TP.HCM, Việt Nam.
Job Summary: We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Admin to support our sales team in our crop protection and fertilizer business. The sales Admin will be responsible for performing administrative tasks, assisting in sales activities, and ensuring the smooth functioning of our sales operations. The role will also involve providing support in the areas of custom clearance and overseas logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to the sales team in daily activities, including order processing, invoicing, data entry, and record-keeping.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and sales records, databases, and files.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders, resolving any issues or discrepancies as they arise.
• Assist the sales team in preparing sales proposals, quotes, and contracts.
• Follow up on sales leads and customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, and maintain regular communication with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Assist in the organization of sales meetings, events, and trade shows.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to assist the sales team in identifying new opportunities and prospects.
• Provide support in the areas of custom clearance and overseas logistics, including coordinating with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and transportation providers to ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to custom clearance and overseas logistics, including import/export documentation, shipping schedules, and inventory tracking.
• Assist in resolving any issues related to custom clearance and overseas logistics, including coordinating with relevant parties to resolve any delays, damages, or other issues.

Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales administration, preferably in the crop protection and fertilizer industry.
• Excellent organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software, with experience in data analysis and report generation.
• Knowledge of the crop protection and fertilizer industry, including products, pricing, and regulations, is a plus.
• Knowledge of custom clearance and overseas logistics processes is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
