Job Description
• Receive enquiries via phone calls and emails, and response promptly
Making quotations and Sales contracts
Support Sales preparing meetings and seminars
Coordinate with Customer Service to monitor client's revenue and performance
Receive and distribute incoming emails to the appropriate divisions
Other tasks that may be required by superiors
•Back up sales when sales taking leave for quoting and take care client via phone
Qualifications
College or University graduated
English: Intermediate level or higher (All 4 skills)
Good communication skill
MS Office (Work, Excel and PowerPoint as a must)
Be able to work under stressful pressure
At least 1-year experience
