Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Admin Intern to support our
Business Development function. This role involves handling administrative tasks and operational support to ensure the smooth functioning of the team and effective management of key accounts.
Principal Accountabilities
1. Document Management:
• Organize and maintain sales-related documents, contracts, and correspondence.
• Prepare and manage necessary paperwork for new and existing accounts.
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date records are maintained in the company's CRM system.
2. Operational Support:
• Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, finance, logistics) to support sales activities.
• Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and travel arrangements.
• Provide general administrative support for Business Development functions of the Mise En Scene team.
• A bachelor's degree or Diploma is required.
• Field of study relating to Business Administration, Finance
• Flexible work schedule (Prefer Full time in 3 months)
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Interest in the beauty industry is a plus.
