Support the Sales team with preparing documents and tracking payment progress.
Update and manage customer and order data in internal systems.
Follow up on order status from production to delivery and acceptance.
Coordinate with Accounting,
Purchasing, Warehouse, Installation, and After-sales teams to ensure smooth operations.
Handle basic correspondence and other tasks assigned by the Direct Manager / Head of Sales Department.
3rd-4th year students or fresh graduates in Business, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields preferably available for a full-time internship for at least 6 months.
Willing to learn, can-do-attitude, responsible, careful, customer-oriented.
Data-driven Mindset: Not just "knowing Excel", but able to use data (Pivot, Vlookup, basic Charts) to spot trends or errors. Power BI is a strong plus.
Working time: Mon-Fri, flexible working hours.
