Mô tả công việc
- Manage data and sales reports for regional field teams.
- Manage all regional reports accurately, on time, and by coordinating well with Distributors. Analyze sales information and make recommendations to improve sales efficiency for each distributor
- Propose improvements to data and reporting systems.
- Handle all office administration tasks in the business office.
- Build settlement process, open new, liquidate GT, MTKA... channel customers.
- Compile and send announcements and GT, MTKA... channel policies
- Connect Distributors/Sales, update market fluctuation information, and team weekly/monthly
- Finalize KA NPP KPIs, Customer KPIs, and Monthly/Quarterly GT, MTKA... Channel Sales KPIs
- Final settlement of all trade support programs and MKT Programs.
- Summarize and finalize MKT's card presentations.
- Monitor distributor and GT, MTKA... contracts, open new ones, liquidate them, and carry out procedures according to the process.
- Admin of the OMS system related to operating the GT, MTKA... channel, MTKA domain (approving Trade program prices, approving warehouse increases/decreases, testing the system, setting/adjusting targets on the system...)
- Tab machine deposit - GT/MTKA/Domain channel NV
- Handling business expenses.

Yêu cầu công việc
- University degree in Economics, Business Administration, Accounting - Finance and related fields.
- Have 3-5 years of experience in a similar position.
- Priority is given to having working experience at companies in the Dairy industry or FMCG industry.
- Having strong data analysis skills and being able to generate excellent reports
- Proficient in Microsoft Office information technology.
- Reporting and synthesis capabilities.
- Ability to draft notices and procedures.
- Careful, meticulous, and highly responsible for work.
- Good communication skills, and clear presentation.
- Think logically, be flexible, and be sensitive at work.
- Have 3-5 years of experience in a similar position.
