Mô tả công việc
- Manage and database entry of Sales and Marketing teams.
- Organize monthly BA meeting and CRM meeting including set up and preparation.
- Calculate monthly, quarterly, yearly incentives and special incentives for salesforce.
- Make product orders and allocation for testers, stickers, and products to stores.
- Collect and execute report from counters including time sheet (attendance, punctuality, overtime), staff's rostering, sales report...
- Follow up and provide shopping mall price tag to respective counters.
- Order and allocate shopping bags / stationery to counters and team members as per Brand Manager's approval following internal procedure.
- Cooperate with Visual Merchandising team for maintenance proposal, cost checking and store check.
- Manage and implement store billboard / logo outdoor advertising license, products license, promotion license, event license.
- Do internal and external paperwork for counter opening and closing.
- Keep track and report status of stock (POSM, commercial products, sales tools, marketing tools...)
- Track and manage VNPT delivery service fee, including quotation, proposal, payment process.
- Take full charge of internal sales for company employees.
- Conduct many kinds of report including sales revenue, sales activities, VNPT, staff performance, incentive, stock report, spa tools...
- For GT & MT channels: key in orders onto SAP system, manage stock and delivery, do payment request when requested.

Qualification and experience:
- Education: Bachelor Degree in Sales / Marketing or any relating field (must).
- English: conversational.
- Computing: MS Office, especially Excel (must).
- Experience: At least 2 years of admin / retail operation experience in retail / beauty industry (must).
- Good at data collection and process, reporting, paperwork.
Personal skills and attributes:
- Able to quickly and correctly learn from and react to Supervisor's instructions.
- High sense of responsibility with strong supporting mindset.
- Excellent task and time management.
- Personality: flexible, precise, patient, mature, committed, self-motivated.
