Mô tả công việc
We are looking for a meticulous and adaptable Sales Administrator to join our sales team and help us achieve our goals. You will serve as a point of contact for customers with queries about products, orders and deliveries and provide support for sales representatives.
To ensure success, a Sales Administrator should have experience in a sales environment and advanced administrative skills. Outstanding Sales Administrators understand sales performance metrics and provide excellent administrative support to ensure sales targets are met. Ultimately, you should be able to contribute to high quality customer service and achieve sales targets.
2) Scope of work
a) Manage product inventory (30%)
● Establish and maintain product inventory in the markets assigned by the Sales Manager.
● Manage and maintain par stock levels through all warehouses nationwide.
● Notify the Sales team of any possible stock outs before it happens so that they can arrange their work accordingly.
● Liaise with the production team to be aware of any potential issues at the Distillery that would affect stock levels.
b) Ensure orders are handled correctly and delivered in a timely manner (50%)
● Process orders via email and phone
● Verify orders, contact customers by phone or email to answer queries and obtain missing information.
● Ensure order departure from the warehouse and delivery arrival in a timely manner.
● Notify the Sales team in case of any late or missed deliveries in a timely manner.
● Liaise with Sales and Accounting teams to monitor payment, ensure proper invoices are promptly issued to the client.
● Work with the accounting team to generate weekly and monthly sales reports, separated by region and by SKU for both volume and revenue.
c) Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales (20%)
● Directing feedback from customers to relevant departments.
● Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.
● Constantly learn about craft spirits and sample our company's products.
