Responsibilities:
- Support sales team in communicating with customers for the consultant.
- Making the quotation and following them inquiries.
- Update customer information; take care of current and potential customers.
- Co-ordinate with accounting team for tracking status of contract, good.
- Delivery and payment. Handle issues related to customers.
- Follow status and prepare document related to commercial department to make sure in line with timeline.
- Monitoring and control goods stock for Sale Department.
- Check
purchasing price on invoice to match with price in order form and system.
