Mô tả công việc

1. The role
Sales admin (Wine Wholesale & Retails) shall be person in charge for creating accurate customer orders on ERP system and pass the document to a person/team on timely basis, making daily, weekly and monthly data reports with a proper analytical data.
Report line: Sales Division Manager and/or Brand & Sales GM
2. Key responsibilities
• Check sales pricing and approved discount before issuing sales order on the ERP system
• Create sales order on the ERP system and deliver information to the warehouse team on a proper timely basis.
• Sales data report on daily, weekly and monthly
• Conduct sales data analysis and report to the managers
• Control return request from customers via sales PIC and issue document on the ERP system
• Create customer master data after receiving approval from customer information as well as credit limit.
• Pricing and its relevant information updating
3. Other responsibilities (If candidate has an experience)
• Issue aging report of AR
• Check outstanding debt customer and inform to the sales team
• Follow up payment for outstanding debt customers
• Inform payment status to the accounting team

Yêu cầu công việc

1. Technical and soft skills:
Essential
• Good command of spoken and written English for communication.
• Able to operate on Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Good human relationship and good personality.
• Able to work under pressure with positive attitude, mind service and honesty.
• Computer skills (excel, outlook, PPT).
• ERP system experience.
Desirable:
• Bachelor's degree.
• Work experience in the wine industry.
• Experience in using FAST system.
2. Experience:
• At least 5 years++ experiences in sales admin.
• ERP system experience.

Work location and commitment
- Contract term: full-time; 40 hours per week
- Workplace address/ location: in Ho Chi Minh City (the company office, shop)
