Job Description:
As a Sales Administrator at Aerzen Asia, you will play a key role in supporting our sales team, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining strong relationships with customers and factories. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will contribute to the success of our sales processes and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Support:
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as preparing quotations, processing orders, and managing customer accounts.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain and update sales records, databases, and customer information.
- Negotiate pricing with factories and customers.
• Customer Service:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about products and services.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
• Documentation and Reporting:
- Prepare and distribute sales reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.
- Ensure all sales documents are accurately filed and maintained.
• Coordination and Communication:
- Coordinate with overseas factories for goods or documents requested by customers.
- Request pricing and monitor shipments with the Sales Coordinator team.
- Liaise with other departments such as finance, logistics, and marketing to ensure seamless operations.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management to provide updates and address any issues.

Yêu cầu
• Education in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields.
• Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role.
• Proficient in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Open-minded, adaptable, and able to work under pressure.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Willing to travel (domestic/international) and has a valid driving license.
• Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role.
• Proficient in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
