1. Client service:
- Contribute to Motor Dealer division to target existing/ new/ partner clients, take action on new business opportunity, to bring MSIG products to existing new partner/ clients and businesses.
- To issue insurance policies & supportive documents upon on receiving request from management level
- To issue service contract with partners
2. Outstanding/Unclear Premium:
- To remind partners/client the outstanding premium in according with current procedure
- To issue statement of account monthly
3. Business Administration
- To collect and record signed agreement/ contract / endorsement proposal in the client electric holder
4. With concerned departments:
- To cooperate with Retail Claims Division:
• to settle the claim smoothly for customers in compliance with the company's procedure
• to follow up any pending claim cases.
- To coordinate with Underwriting Division for quotation and coverage.
- To coordinate with Business Processing Division for operation matters
- To coordinate with Digital
Business Development and Branding team for automation process and branding activity
- To coordinate with related Divisions for all related jobs or in closed coordination with other departments for special events organized by Company
5. Others:
- To report any unusual problems to direct reporting line, if any
- To execute other office work as required by the Company and managers
- University or college graduation.
- English fluency
- At least 2 years of working experience.
- Marketing and sales or Administration background with 1 or 2 years of experience is preferable.
- Having service mind-set, positive energy
- Careful and detail oriented
- Basic Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Be highly professional to provide high quality service to clients
