Contact and support Sales Team for service inquiries (ex: provide quotation, checking price, sending parcels,,...) in relation to their business with AD.
● Receive urgent requests from internal sales team and work directly with multi supporting teams (CS, planning...) to meet customers expectation
● Collaborate with English/Chinese team for order migration preparation and local support
● Support collecting samples development request from sales team, work with product development team to build and track the sample development progress and send the finished samples to customers
● Collect hard copies, scan and manage customers' principle contracts
● Set Up standard quotation and discount price with GSP
● Assist and back-up Sales and provide support and report to Sr. Regional
Sales Manager1. Bachelor's degree
2. Fresh graduates or 1-2 years Customer Service or related experience
3. Skills:
● Strong written, verbal and telephone communication skills in English
● Strong data entry and organizational skills. Detailed oriented and good follow-up skills
● Good excel, powerpoint skills, Microsoft office
● Good time management
● Highly motivated and be able to work independently
