Mô tả công việc
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Admin to support our sales team in Vietnam. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing sales documents, managing customer data, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring smooth order and payment processes.
Main Responsibilities
• Communicate with HQ via English emails and video conferences, deliver product/sample/technical information, summarize HQ requests, and coordinate with local departments
• Manage quantity, value, and in/out records of samples; transport and deliver samples by driving; support onsite handover
• Assist with device registration, app integration, installation testing, and basic quality checks at project sites
• Participate in meetings, provide interpretation, prepare English meeting minutes, and support the preparation of presentations and proposals
• Update and create smart home-related brochures, technical proposals, and presentation materials
• Collect competitor product and pricing information, identify new projects, and monitor local market trends
• Maintain CRM records, deliver basic quotations/contracts, gather feedback, and respond to customer requests
• Understand IoT/smart home devices, support technical documents, and respond flexibly to irregular schedules or urgent requests
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree
• At least 1 year of experience in Sales Admin, or Sales Support is preferred (fresh graduates are acceptable).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proven track record of developing and maintaining client relationships.
• Responsibility and trustworthiness in handling client interactions.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Willingness to help team members and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Good in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Fluent English skills to communicate with HQ in Korea.
