Sales Administration and Learning Management System (LMS) Coordinator

JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Administration and LMS Coordinator to join our eLearning team. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, managing customer inquiries, and working closely with internal departments. The Sales Admin and LMS Coordinator will be responsible for managing the Learning Management Systems of foreign customers, coordinating sales activities, and providing administrative support to the sales team. Additionally, the Sales Admin and LMS Coordinator will collaborate with the eLearning team to ensure customer satisfaction.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Manage the Learning Management Systems of foreign customers, ensuring that the systems are up to date and accurate.
Coordinate sales activities, including lead generation, cold calling, and sales presentations.
Manage customer inquiries, provide timely responses and ensure customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with other departments, such as content development and customer support, to ensure timely delivery of products and services to customers.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including customer data and sales reports.
Coordinate and participate in sales meetings, including the preparation of materials and notes.
Provide support for sales events, such as trade shows and product launches.
Work closely with the eLearning team to ensure that the Learning Management Systems meet customer needs.
Perform other duties as assigned.
REQUEST:
High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred.
1-2 years of experience in sales or a related field.
Experience managing Learning Management Systems preferred.
Familiarity with eLearning industry trends and best practices preferred.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good at English.
