Position Overview:
The Senior Manager, External Agency Management, will develop, maintain and drive the overall external sales agency performance of residential projects, covering from both northern and southern regions, while collaborating with the Southern and Northern Sales Operation teams to ensure smooth sales administration and operation processes. This role is responsible for setting and achieving external sales agency targets, implementing effective sales strategies, managing external sales channel partners, and ensuring a good customer experience from launch to handover.
The position requires a strategic and hands-on leader with strong market insight, proven team management skills, strong agency network's coverage and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, inhouse sales, sales admin, customer service, and product teams to deliver business objectives.
Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Performance Management
• Execute the development and management strategies to achieve the sales target of the overall external agency channels.
• Monitor sales performance of external agencies; provide in-depth training, direction, and corrective actions where needed.
• Work closely with the Marketing team on sales activation, events, and digital campaigns.
• Monitor regular sales agency performance reports, observe market feedback, and buyer insights to Management throughout all selling phases.
• Ensure alignment of sales activities with project positioning, marketing plans and execution, and business objectives.
Agency Management
• Identify, encourage, propose to appoint the suitable sales agency, and together with higher management to manage external sales channels to secure necessary agency network.
• Engage and push up the sales agency targets, KPIs, and performance expectations.
• Provide regular engagement, project in-depth training, monitor agency channels performance, support agency to close deals on sales events and daily operation when needed.
• Maintain long-term relationship and strengthen market coverage via sales agency channel.
• Ensure consistent communication and brand alignment across all agency sales activities.
Customer Relationship & Market Insight
• Ensure high-quality customer services relating to the agency development and management vision.
• Resolve escalated customer issues promptly and professionally following the SOP.
• Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and buyer behaviors to refine sales strategies.
• Collect market feedback from agencies on pricing, competitors, and customer trends.
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate,
Business Development or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in property development or real estate, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
• Proven track record in leading residential project sales and managing multiple sales channels.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Excellent understanding of Vietnam's property market and buyer trends.
• Result-oriented, strategic, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Ability to work on weekends and travel as required for project launches or sales events.
