Report to: General Accountant Cum HR, Admin
Main required duties of the Accountant & Admin Intern:
Sales & AR Accounting Task:
Book Journal Entries in accounting system.
Follow up billing to clients and payment for vendors.
Prepare liquidations, scan & filling documents such as signed contract, liquidation.....
Assist with Tax Department, external/internal audit....
Other administration tasks assigned by line manager.
Admin Task:
Handle accommodation, visa, tickets, car, etc.... for customers, visitors & staffs travel at the most reasonable costs and timely manner for approval.
Control employee information, assets, annual leave, business trip.
In charge logistic to support sports business team.
Other urgent tasks assigned by sport business team.
Willing to travel on business trip if needed.
Assist on admin/ad-hoc tasks.
Requirement:
01-02 years with bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics (Accounting is preferable)
Relevant work experience is an advantage.
Proactive and able to work under pressure to meet tight timeline
Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS office.
Good at teamwork: ability to socialize and synchronize with team members.
Good command of both spoken and written English.
Prefer English CV
