Mô tả công việc
● Work with Group Directors to set monthly sales and other performance targets.
● Take responsibility for monthly sales KPI.
● Monitor daily performance progress and inspire the team to reach new milestones. Handle daily operations and any arising issues holistically.
● Follow up with the sales team on the daily client-facing issues to ensure the highest sales performance.
● Take full responsibilities of the efficiency, productivity, cost & client satisfaction of daily operational activities related to students, classes & lecturers.
● Take lead on new projects related to customer service, brand awareness, digitalization & market expansion.
● Monitor marketing effectiveness and effort spent. Plan and design bonus scheme, promotion and workshop.
● Take lead on operation enhancement & optimization initiatives for a solid backbone of the sales department.
● Take lead on planning syllabus, teaching procedures and recruit talented lecturers with each Dean of education vertical.
● Build vision for the company to become one of the leading center of technology and responsible for achieving company's KPI.
● The job requires a balance between logical, organizing, numerical skills to handle internal operational productivity & versatility and external communication with students, lecturers & vendors.

● Comprehensive understanding about technical knowledge, software development lifecycle is a must.
● Smart, energetic, ambitious, unlimited passion to learn & grow with entrepreneur mindset.
● Proficiency in English communication.
● Have financial knowledge and understanding (revenue, cash, P&L).
● Have an understanding of different roles in the IT industry.
● Critical thinking, analytical skills.
● Excellent communication, organizing & problem solving skills.
● Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
● Ready to roll up your sleeves for ad-hoc tasks.
● Detail-oriented and ambitious in result delivery.
● Academic sales & operation related experiences are a big plus.
● Minimum 4-9 years of professional working experience is preferred.
