The Sales Assistant is responsible to ensure the administrative and commercial organisation of the department and assist the Sales department in its daily tasks to Fraser Suites Harmonie Paris La Défense (Location : Courbevoie) & Fraser Suites Le Claridge Champs Elysées (Location : Paris).
Key Responsibilities:
- • Preparation of appointment materials for Sales Team (brochures, price lists, statistics, Power Point presentations, etc.)
- • Help in the organisation of commercial events (search service providers, meal orders, etc.)
- • Manage and place orders for brochures and commercial gifts
- • Assistance in the preparation of weekly and monthly reports for both residences and the Business Action Plan.
- • Social media facilitation (Facebook post planning, Instagram)
- • Help with emailing monitoring.
- • Prepare and ensure "inspection sites" and customer visits.
- • CRM management and update
- • Analysis of competition
- • Monitoring of group orders (reminders, etc.)
Requirements:
- • Sales Degree, Hotel School or university equivalent (BAC+2/+3)
- • Good English spoken and written, a second language would be highly appreciated (Mandarin, Spanish, Portuguese, etc.)
- • Excellent presentation, versatility and positive attitude
- • Strong communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills
- • Organization, rigour, autonomy, availability and listening skills.
- • Knowledge of IT tools (Pack Office, Outlook, etc)
