Sales Assistant

* Duty and responsibilities:
- Se Joong Trading Company is a fabric supplier. We owns fabric-producing factories in China; and we also have Phuc Trang Import Export Service Trade Co. ltd as our subsidiary in Vietnam. So your main responsibility is to handle the Phuc Trang's warehouse while taking care of some customers of Se Joong Trading.
* Relating to Phuc trang's warehouse
• Supervise activities of the warehouse, including quality assurance (some basic checking before shipping fabric to customers), space management
• Support to store manager to check fabric and sending fabric to store
• Control inventory of the warehouse, store and make report for inventory
• Control the volume of imported goods and inventory for domestic store - Phuc Trang Import Export Co., LTD
*Relating to Se Joong company
• Collect orders from customers.
• Communicate with mother company Se Joong Trading in China for order processes and respond to Korean and overseas customer's email in English.
• Support customer with new fabric development, including making lab/dip, sample, strike-off, etc. (if any)
• Maintain customer database
• Regularly check delivery, quality, payment, etc.
• Visit the customer's factory to review shipment with customer and have meetings for potential orders.
• Other tasks assigned by the director
