Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Qualification & Nurturing: Identify high-potential leads within the cosmetics and beauty market. Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and recommend products that perfectly match their desires.
- Presales Support: In collaboration with the sales and marketing teams, provide in-depth information about our product catalog, including price lists, sales policies, promotional programs, and seasonal campaigns.
- Lead Contact Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for potential clients through various channels such as Phone, WhatsApp, Social Media, and Email, ensuring prompt and professional interactions.
- Customer 1st Order Success: Coordinate with the sales and SC Team to ensure new customers experience a seamless onboarding process. Address any concerns and gather feedback to maintain high customer satisfaction.
