Sales Assistant

1.接待客戶並提供諮詢服務,為業務提供後勤支援。
2.協助業務人員進行訂單製作、跟單、樣品寄送,並跟進,為銷售提供協助。
3.負責接收訂單,核對產品數量、單價、訂單號碼等,並及相關部門確定交期回覆給客戶。
4.定期對重點客戶進行回訪,幫助業務人員做好客情,主動和客戶增進了解,介紹公司的企業文化,讓客戶更加信賴公司的產品。
5.負責客戶帳單的製作核對,並跟進貨款回收。
1. Customer Interaction and Consulting:
- Greet and assist customers, providing consulting services and logistical support for sales activities.
2. Sales Support:
- Assist sales staff with order processing, follow-ups, and sample dispatch to support sales efforts.
3. Order Management:
- Handle order reception, verifying product quantities, unit prices, and order numbers.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to confirm delivery dates and communicate these to customers.
4. Customer Service and Relationship Building:
- Conduct regular follow-up calls to key customers to enhance customer service.
- Foster strong customer relationships by understanding their needs, sharing the company's corporate culture, and building trust in our products.
5. Billing and Payment Follow-up:
- Prepare and verify customer invoices.
- Follow up on payment collections to ensure timely recovery of dues.
