Position Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team and working closely with the management team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our sales efforts through data analysis, lead generation, marketing support, and buyer outreach.
Responsibilities
Data Analysis:
Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Prepare reports and presentations to summarize findings and recommendations.
Lead Generation:
Research and identify potential customers through various channels, including online databases, social media, and industry events.
Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria and prioritize them for follow-up.
Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and progress.
Marketing Support:
Assist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns to generate leads and drive sales.
Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels.
Track and measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
Buyer Outreach:
Reach out to potential buyers through cold calling, email, and social media.
Schedule appointments for management to to meet with qualified leads.
Provide management with necessary information and materials to support their sales efforts.

Yêu cầu
No experience required
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
Fluently in English (no degree required, just apply if you are confident)
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using Excel, Canvas/Microsoft PowerPoint.
