POSITION OVERVIEW
Poetic Garden, Vietnam's premier destination for outdoor living solutions and exclusive distributor of Fermob furniture from France, is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Assistant to join our growing team in Thao Dien, Ho Chi Minh City.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about design, outdoor living, and delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving business growth through proactive sales strategies.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sales Development & Client Management
• Generate new business leads through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
• Visit architects/interior designers and potential private clients to evaluate needs and promote products and services
• Give compelling sales presentations to prospective residential and hospitality clients
• Negotiate contracts with prospective clients to secure favorable terms
• Maintain excellent customer satisfaction through responsive, personalized service
• Respond promptly to customer questions about products, prices, and availability
- Pricing & Proposals
• Help determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations
• Prepare detailed quotations and proposals for client projects
• Analyze market trends to ensure competitive pricing strategies
- Reporting & Coordination
• Prepare accurate weekly and monthly sales reports
• Coordinate sales efforts with marketing programs and campaigns
• Track sales pipeline and customer interactions systematically
• Monitor inventory levels and product availability
- Product Knowledge & Brand Representation
• Develop comprehensive understanding of Fermob and complementary product lines
• Promote company programs, collections, and seasonal offerings effectively
• Stay updated on design trends and outdoor living innovations
• Represent the brand professionally at events and client meetings
- Supply Chain & Operations
• Liaise with suppliers in France and Vietnam for order processing
• Coordinate delivery schedules and follow-ups with logistics partners
• Ensure smooth order fulfillment from placement to delivery
• Address any product quality or delivery issues promptly
