We are looking for an experienced B2B Sales Executive to represent the company and work directly with our key customer, VinFast's manufacturing plant, as well as develop new B2B business. This role requires strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills to handle customer needs professionally and promptly.
Key Responsibilities
Business DevelopmentIdentify, approach, and develop new B2B customers in the automotive/industrial sector
Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and draft contracts with customers
Ensure sales targets and business KPIs are achieved
Monitor customer payments and outstanding accounts receivable
Research the market and competitors to propose effective sales strategies
VinFast Account Management
Act as the main point of contact and represent the company in direct meetings with VinFast
Receive and coordinate the resolution of customer issues, complaints, or incidents
Liaise between the customer and internal technical teams to ensure accurate and timely information flow
Communicate and report to the customer in English when required
Track issue-resolution progress and provide regular updates to all stakeholders
Build and maintain a long-term, strong business relationship with the customer
Reporting
Provide periodic reports on sales performance and work progress to management
