Proactively identify, approach, and acquire new clients through outbound activities (including cold calling, networking, and market research) to deliver digital services in the eCommerce industry (including local and cross-border sellers).
Take ownership of the full sales cycle, from lead generation to negotiation and closing, without relying on pre-existing leads.
Actively participate in networking events, industry activities, and business meetings to generate leads and expand the sales pipeline.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across various levels of the organization.
Collaborate closely with Account and Operations teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales reports and pipeline data, and provide market insights to support business decisions.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Sales or
Business Development, preferably within Agency, AdTech, Marketing, or Cross-border eCommerce environments.
Proficient in English or Chinese (Mandarin) for business communication.
Strong understanding of the cross-border eCommerce ecosystem and international selling models.
Basic knowledge of digital advertising platforms and operations (e.g., Meta, Google, TikTok) is preferred.
Experience in dropshipping, eCommerce, or advertising operations is a plus.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
Proven ability to proactively build networks and expand connections within the eCommerce community.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
