The Sales Consultant & Enrollment Advisor is a full-time, hybrid role based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. This role is responsible for guiding prospective students through the enrollment journey, from initial inquiry to program start, ensuring a positive and informed experience. Daily tasks include responding to leads, conducting phone and online consultations, explaining program details and admissions requirements, and advising students on fit and readiness.
The Advisor will follow up with prospects, manage a pipeline using CRM tools, and maintain accurate records of interactions and outcomes. The role also involves collaborating with marketing and university teams, meeting enrollment targets, and providing feedback to improve recruitment processes and student support.
Key Responsibilities:
Consultative Sales & Conversion: Actively engage with prospective adult learners (leads), understand their career goals, recommend suitable US online programs, and guide them to successful enrollment to meet sales targets.
Pipeline Management: Maintain and manage the sales pipeline diligently, ensuring timely follow-ups and high conversion rates.
Market Research: Stay updated on Vietnam's continuing education market and competitor offerings to better position our programs.
Feedback Loop: Feed market and lead insights back to the marketing team to optimize lead generation quality.
Key Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree.
Experience: 3+ years of experience in sales,
business development, or customer-facing advisory roles.
Industry Background (Highly Preferred): Prior experience in study abroad agencies (Du học), international education consulting, or premium training centers.
Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and closing skills. Results-oriented with a proven track record of hitting targets.
Languages: Fluent in local language with professional working proficiency in English.
Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with the US higher education system or personal study abroad experience.
Comfortable working with mature, professional adult clients (B2C sales).
