Mô tả công việc
Introduce and offer the company's services to customers, give them a proper consultation and the services' quotations to get order closing via live chat after taking on customers from the Marketing team
Receive customers' technical requests and transfer them to the technical support team
Cooperate with the technical support team in identifying, reporting, and resolving technical problems arising when customers use the service
Follow potential customers after live chat via email
Daily report the new customer list and personal revenue to the manager
Yêu cầu
Proficient in English speaking and writing skills: IELTS 6.0 or Toeic 750.
Have good communication skills.
Self-study, independent work, and good teamwork skills.
Experience in sales/ basic IT knowledge/ e-commerce is an advantage.

Income: Basic Salary: 10.000.000 - 15.000.000 VND/month (KPI) +Bonus + Commissions + Computer Allowance
Review work performance and salary 4 times/year.
