JOB DESCRIPTION
Mission 01: Digital Marketing:
  • Support the implementation of the digital communication plan for the North American & UK/Ireland markets through social networks (LinkedIn and Facebook), emailing & newsletters.
  • Evaluate the impact of Marketing actions in the markets business (North America, UK/Ireland and Australia)
  • Create and improve the marketing presentations dedicated to the North American & UK/Ireland markets.
  • Optimize the company's participation to events on the North American, UK/Ireland and Australian Markets such as Trade Shows, Sales Trips and so on. Your role will be to ensure that as our presence is well marketed, and that the participants have as many qualified meetings as possible.
Mission 02: Marketing Support
  • Help the Sales Development Managers of the NA/Australia & UK/Ireland markets to create attractive PowerPoint presentations to impress the actors of the industry.
  • Search for new ways to share content online in an attractive way (Adobe Spark, Dropbox Showcase etc.)
  • Introduce the digital tools of the company to selected clients on the market, and support them in the use of these tools when needed.
  • Proofread the contents that are sent to the clients on the markets.
Mission 03: Sales Prospection:
  • Use digital tools to qualify suspects / acquire suspects / activate suspects into prospects.
  • Cold emailing: Send cold emails to First Priority prospects on the North American & UK/Ireland markets to attract interest from accounts the company never contacted in the past.
  • Launch emailing campaigns to clients and prospects.
  • Create and optimize an acquiring strategy on Social Media for the markets you are in charge of - North America/Australia and UK/Ireland.
  • Make sure the information in the company's CRM is correct and updated for the markets under your responsibility.
Mission 04: Organize and plan Webinars/Trade Shows:
  • Propose and create webinar presentations dedicated to clients on the market (via PowerPoint & GoToWebinar).
  • Following the Brand guidelines, templates and design, and proposing new options/ideas when needed will be part of the above mission.
  • Use all digital tools available to promote these webinars on the markets.
  • Schedule the number of webinars per year (from 2 to 4) and ideal dates.
  • Invite clients & prospects to join these webinars.
  • For selected Trade Shows, support the Sales Development Managers to get more qualified appointments within the time they have on spot.
Mission 05: Sales Teams' support and training:
  • Analyze the main mistakes and clumsy situation in the emails between our sales teams and the clients.
  • Provide guidance to the English Speaking sales teams on how to better answer clients by email or phone calls.
  • Provide English trainings and tools to the English Speaking Sales team to ensure a good client relationship.
  • Work in coordination with the SDMs of North America/Australia and UK/Ireland markets to collect their feedback and implement actions to improve the company's communication and the client relationship on the markets.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Fluent in English.
  • Good understanding of the North American and British culture.
  • Good expertise on Digital Marketing.
  • Good time management skills.
  • At least 1 year working in the field of Marketing/Communication.
  • Bachelor or Master's degree in Marketing or Client Relations preferred.
