Mô tả công việc
1. Become familiar with sales Standards & procedures and follow them accordingly
2. Uphold the Company's Cares culture by demonstrating the Star Service Standards at all times to guests and fellow associates.
3. Understand and adhere to relevant workplace health and safety standards. Personally ensure compliance with all relevant Workplace Health & Safety and Occupational Health & Safety legislation, and related Hotel and Marriott Policies.
4. Establish and maintain an accurate filing system.
5. Co-ordinate day to day operations with the respected sales persons with respective job tasks
6. Assist in the preparation of all proposals, contracts and related correspondence and other administration tasks relating to the sales function.
7. Assist in updating all database and Sales systems according to Marriott Standards and as per direction.
8. Assist in the preparation and coordination of sales call, entertainment, sales trips and the completion of order forms for flowers, cookies, wines, greeting cards or as directed.
9. Assist in the preparation of sales kits, brochures, sales related collateral and give-always and gifts for sales persons.
10. Assist in conducting site inspections for clients or meeting with client on behalf of the Sales person when directed or when the Sales person is not in the office.
11. Apply problem solving within premise area
12. Be able to answer basic enquiries.
13. Ensure the office is clear and well organized at all times.
14. Embrace and use the Sheraton Core Values when communicating with internal and external customers.
15. Willing to take additional duties and work assignment by the Department Head and Hotel Management
16. Coordinate with internal departments on Special arrangements for groups, in particular Reservations, Front Office, F&B and Finance.
17. Assist to complete and issue group instructions as required.
18. Assist in translating sales documents as required.
19. Ensure that contracts and rooming lists are forwarded to Reservations Departments in a timely manner so that it can be set up in the system accordingly
20. Anticipate guest's needs through observation and offer prompt, efficient service either personally or through effective communication with other associates.
21. Assist in hosting Hotel events.

Yêu cầu công việc
University/College degree required.
At least 1-year experience in an international hotel is required.
Excellent English communication skills (speaking, reading and writing).
Strong coaching, motivational and team building skills in a healthy and trusting environment.
Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Points) software.
Excellent customer relation.
