Mô tả công việc
1. Serve as liaison between direct sales personnel in HVN Ho Chi Minh and Segment Sales Managers/Leaders, Sales/Customer Support personnel in Hanoi for customer order fulfillment process or any other sales administrative support.
2. Internal support Sales team to prepare quotation on Parts, consumable, service jobs and standard contracts if required
3. Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional materials and events to promote HORIBA products with sale team
4. Be person in charge for G&A functions in HVN Ho Chi Minh including:
A. Office administration and Accounting support:
- Support in office safe and hygiene environment maintenance
- Order and manage stationery, couriers, office equipment and other office facilities
- Prepare payment request for HCM expenses
- Collect and report all office suppliers' contract/debit note/invoice to Hanoi
B. HR support:
- Be physical supporter for some tasks related to recruitment, company events, overseas employees' documents (Work Permit, visa, TRC) or other required tasks
C. IT support:
- Be contact person for IT support in HVN Ho Chi Minh with IT team
D. Follow instructions from HQ's G&A team to work with relevant suppliers/partners/authorities on reporting, application, etc...

Yêu cầu công việc
- Recognized at least from College Degree in Business Administration; English language; Import-Export;
- Fresh graduation is welcome
- Good at English is a must
- Excellent customer focus with positive attitude and the ability to remain calm & rational under stressful condition;
- Strong ability to multi-task throughout day on both phone queues and email.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to support interaction amongst all parties;
- Be self-motivated, mature, willing to learn and able to work independently
- Good knowledge on Customs practice would be an advantage;
- Fresh graduation is welcome
- Good at English is a must
