Mô tả công việc
- To constantly check filing / tracing system and give advice for improvement.
- To disseminate hotel information (by mail) to regional sales offices and other Banyan Tree hotels and out side guests as needed.
- Tracing production of new travel agents / wholesaler and report to DOSM periodically.
- To handle routine correspondences, i.e. letters/fax/printing daily report/typing welcome cards/inquires, for DOSM
- To assist DOSM with issuing annual contract and related activities.
- Responsible for related duties and special projects as assigned by DOSM.
- To establish and maintain effective employee relations through prompt response and helpful attitude.
- To develop and maintain close working relationship with staff at all levels within Sales & Marketing Division.
- To conduct site inspection and handle guests' inquires on behalf of SMs when required.
- To communicated on a professional level with all tour operators, but with an initial focus on the Russian speaking market and the sales of Spa Pool Villa and Double Pool Villa in particular.
- To design easy-to read format for various report as instructed by DOSMs.
- To operate Fidelio system and basic office software in a skillful manner.
- To remind colleagues to conduct jobs with concern for the environment and resources by reducing use of items and recycling whenever is appropriate.
- Maintains comprehensive filing system.
