Mô tả công việc
- Build and maintain strong relationships with loyal clients to fully understand their needs
- Search for new customer sources and expand markets
- Negotiate and convince customers to use the service, draft a contract after the customer has agreed. Set up contract signing procedures and save the contract
- Monitor service quality, and contact to resolve problems that arise during contract implementation
- Implement business strategies and advertising for the company's existing and new products
- Design tour according to customer's request
- Achieves personal and team-related revenue goals
- Receive, update, and process customer information
- Perform any other duties assigned by Management

Yêu cầu
- Graduated with a major in English Studies, Tourism and Hospitality Management, and other related fields.
- 1-3 years of working experience in a similar position
- Good problem-solving, communication, and negotiation skills
- Good communication in English
- Responsible, careful, and meticulous
