Working Purpose:
Job duties include collecting data, reviewing current customers, analyzing market trends, running the numbers, and creating detailed reports. The main goal of a sales analyst is to develop strategies that improve sales productivity for the organization.
1. Collect/consolidate data:
Compiling, analyzing, and reporting sales data. Monthly data sharing from key customers: sell in, sell out, inventory by stores.
Data updated from sales team about: competitor promotions/visibilities/on-shelf price,...
Data sell in by store to MOFT customers (Direct & Non-Direct).
Providing actionable insights to guide the sales and marketing teams.
Contributing to the development of sales plans and objectives.
Monitoring and evaluating sales performance.
Forecasting demand, revenue, and expenses.
2. Analyze and make reports:
Weekly/monthly shipment by account/region/salesman reports. Support sales team following their target weekly to achieve monthly target and provide us the comparison vs LY performance as well.
Analyze inventory status by store level from customer data sharing to assist to MOFT manager and team to find out solutions to ensure healthy inventory each stores. Ex: do transfer, added promotion supports, expand in-store display space to clear high stock SKUs,...
Analyze competitor data: on-shelf price, promotion, visibilities investments,... compare to our current investments, then provide to MOFT Manager to find out the further action plan for those.
3. Other tasks:
Review together with GPH sales team about Systems performance (apply for MOFT key stores).
To be a bridge between of the Supplier and the Company for all the related tasks of MOFT channel.
Prepare meeting decks together with MOFT Manager for meetings with MOFT customers.
Other tasks as assigned by manager.
