Sales Development Manager (Thu Nhập Lên Đến 40 Triệu/tháng)

Job Objectives
- Deploy and establish distribution channels: including traditional channels (-50 distributors), Ecommerce channels, travel channels and gift channels.
- Increase sales to 10 billion VND after 2 years of working.
- Build, train and develop sales team:>= 5 sales staff
- Set up customer management system (CRM) and implement effective customer care strategy.
Main responsibilities
- Develop business strategy: Plan and strategize to expand the market for Hepius products through online and offline sales channels.
- Build distribution network: Establish and manage relationships with distributors in channels such as traditional, Ecommerce, and gift channels. In particular, focus on developing online channels and live streaming on platforms such as Facebook.
- Key Account Management: Ensure close cooperation with strategic partners, maintain and develop key customer relationships.
- Sales Team Management: Recruit, train, and develop sales team. - Coordinate activities to ensure the team operates effectively and achieves set goals.
- Customer Care: Develop and implement after-sales customer care programs, ensure good customer experience through CRM system.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Evaluate business performance through revenue and customer indicators, and propose solutions for long-term growth.
