JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive business strategy to achieve revenue targets and user growth assigned by the Board of Directors.
- Research, develop, and update business policies for both B2B and B2C models to achieve predetermined business targets.
• Market Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, distributor/customer needs, and an overview of competitors in the Vietnamese and global markets.
- Utilize this information to optimize sales methods/policies for maximum market penetration.
• Sales Forecasting and Reporting:
- Implement effective sales forecasting methods to monitor and analyze sales performance.
- Provide regular reports to senior management (CEO and Board of Directors) highlighting achievements, challenges, and proposed solutions.
• Relationship Management with Distributors, Partners, and Customers:
- Develop and maintain relationships with education institutions, distributors, partners (equipment, brands, etc.), and direct customers (for the B2C model).
- Act as the focal point for implementing sales policies to the distribution network, monitor B2B and B2C sales effectiveness through the platform's tools.
• Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing team, content development department, technology department, and customer support department to align sales plans with the company's overall objectives.
- Provide input into the product development process based on customer feedback and market requirements.
• Team Management:
- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team.
- Create a collaborative and inspiring work environment, ensuring team members are equipped to achieve individual and overall sales targets.
• Budget Management:
- Develop and manage the sales budget, optimize resources for maximum performance.
- Monitor and control expenses within the allocated budget.
• Product Knowledge:
- Stay updated on the features and benefits of educational technology products, effectively communicate and present them to potential customers.
- Collaborate closely with the product development team to ensure a deep understanding of product capabilities.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in a general management role in a rapidly growing business platform, with a high-paced environment.
• Experience in sales management for developing new technology products and expanding the scale of development and profitability.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and drive results.
• Strong people management and leadership collaboration skills.
• Strong analytical, visionary, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment requiring high proactivity and flexibility.
• Preferred experience in platform business and sales management through an agency network nationwide.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields; MBA is a plus
• Fluent in English (verbal and written)
