Vietnam
, they are hiring a
Sales Director
to lead their commercial operations in-country.

Vietnam, Ho Chi Minh City
Responsibilities
Reporting to the General Director , you will take full ownership of the Vietnam sales function leading a team of over 30 sales professionals and driving revenue growth, market share, and profitability across both public and private healthcare sectors . You will develop and execute the Vietnam sales strategy, set and manage sales targets and KPIs for the team, and build strong senior-level relationships with hospitals, healthcare institutions, physicians, and procurement teams.
On top of direct sales, you will manage distributor and channel partners , such as selecting, developing, and holding distributors accountable to clear business plans and performance metrics.
You will also take the lead on
public and private tender strategy
, ensuring opportunities are systematically tracked and commercially executed. Beyond the commercial agenda, you will work closely with regional functions in Marketing, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, and Finance to support product launches, demand forecasting, and cross-functional planning, while maintaining the highest standards of compliance and ethical business conduct.
Requirements The ideal candidate is someone with
over 10 years of commercial experience
in the
Medical Devices, Healthcare, or Pharmaceutical
industry in Vietnam, with
at least 5 years in a sales leadership role
managing sizeable teams. You will need to have a strong and proven track record in
driving revenue growth
and managing both
direct sales and distributor channels
in the Vietnam market.
Experience in
renal care or medical disposables
(needles, syringes, IV products) will be a strong added advantage. You must be
fluent in both Vietnamese and English
, and comfortable operating within a regional MNC structure.
