Job description
Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets within assigned channels, territories, and accounts.
Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets, gross-profit plans, and other strategic goals.
Establish monthly and quarterly sales objectives by forecasting and distributing annual sales quotas for regions and territories, projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
Complete national sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; deploying management systems and requirements; following up on work results.
Create detailed and accurate sales reports.
Establish training programs to improve organizational sales competences.
Understand category-specific landscapes and trends
Desire to own projects and exceed expectations, with ability to find solutions and deliver results within a rapidly changing, entrepreneurial, technology-driven culture: Focus on project to establish new distribution channels: Modern Trade (Super/Hyper markets) and Electronic Commerce.
Qualifications/Requirements
Experience in FMCG industry, especially food and beverage. Proven sales management experiences in Senior Manager or Director level, meeting or exceeding targets.
In-depth knowledge of sales and marketing techniques and best practices.
Ability to prepare reports and use of appropriate mode of communication. Must be proficient at analyzing data, building reports and making strategic recommendations based on data and trends.
Keen business sense, with the ability to find creative business-oriented solutions to problems.
Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.
Excellent leadership, listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills. Able to communicate in English at Business level. Japanese communication is an advantage.
