1. Market Analysis and Strategic Planning:
Conduct in-depth research on the housing market in Vietnam, analyze competitor activities, customer demands, and industry trends.
Develop and implement market penetration strategies, product promotion plans, and sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of market strategies and adjust the direction based on feedback from the market.
2. Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with
developers,
designers, construction companies, and end customers in Vietnam.
Identify and tap into potential customers, organize and participate in customer visits, business negotiations, and project proposals.
Handle customer complaints, enhance customer satisfaction, and foster customer loyalty.
3. Negotiation and Contract Implementation:
Be responsible for drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and signing project contracts, ensuring the terms are reasonable, legal, and protect the company's interests.
Monitor the contract execution process, coordinate to resolve any issues arising during the project implementation, ensuring the project is completed on time and meets quality standards.
4. Team Management and Training:
Lead and manage the sales team, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and team building.
Improve the professional skills and business capabilities of team members, stimulate team potential, and enhance team cohesion.
5. Cross-Department Collaboration:
Collaborate closely with departments such as product design, supply chain, finance, and legal to ensure smooth project implementation.
Coordinate and resolve communication issues between departments to improve overall operational efficiency.
6. Performance Achievement and Reporting:
Set and monitor performance indicators for the sales department to ensure business targets are met.
Provide regular reports to senior management on market conditions, work progress, challenges, and solutions, offering data to support decision-making.
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in marketing, business management, international trade, or related fields.
Work Experience: At least 5 years of experience in business management in the real estate industry or related sectors, with preference given to candidates with experience in the Vietnamese market.
Language Proficiency: Fluent in Vietnamese, with good reading and writing skills in English.
Professional Skills: Market sensitivity, excellent negotiation skills, strong communication and coordination abilities, and team management skills.
Other Requirements: High sense of responsibility, professionalism, ability to work under pressure, and willingness to travel for work.
