Your Roles:
The Country Sales Enablement Manager is a role that will work closely with the Country Sales leaders and will be responsible for the overall coordination, implementation and execution of the Country strategy including the following activities: Sales force effectiveness, Sales & Business processes & governance, CRM-SFDC, Account segmentation & targeting, territory alignment and all other key strategic initiatives to drive disciplined strategic execution.
Sales enablement will include Sales Incentives and Commercial Training, to provide and advance critical infrastructure and capabilities for the commercial teams.
This role is designed to support the Country Sales Leaders in delivering a co-ordinated strategy by proactively establishing the vision and direction for commercial excellence type activity: supporting the country sales force to maintain and increase market share. The role includes close collaboration within Sales, Customer Excellence, Finance, Supply Chain and Marketing functions
What You Should Do
* Partners the Commercial in the country to define a coordinated strategy for the implementation of commercial operations activities across country to support the Sales force in delivering the growth objectives.
* Responsible for any Sales Enablement & Excellence Country Analyst(s) in the role of data & content management, reporting and Incentive calculation and Administration (where applicable).
Manage and coordinate the end-to-end Segmentation and Targeting process for area of responsibility.
* Support in the implementation of Incentives plans where appropriate.
* Implements, tracks and supports the Sales Force effectiveness governance process (e.g. performance reviews), assisting the Country Sales Lead in following up on actions
* Lead and implement the budgeting (i.e. individual target setting) process for the Sales & Marketing teams. Act as Country Lead in coordinating and driving all territory design and target setting activities.
* Overall coordination responsibility, improvement, and training for CRM system ([protected info]) and other Sales Enablement tools. Drives adoption of sales enablement tools.
* Drives the harmonization of business metrics and analytics (including key performance indicators), leveraging support from Reporting & Analytics teams to ensure data visibility.
* Acts as project manager to drive key local projects/initiatives on an ad hoc basis.
* Develop and maintain effective execution communication within the Sales teams to ensure alignment.
* Becomes an active and key member of the overall Sales Enablement & Excellence team, sharing and championing and leverage of best practice within the wider organization.
* Lead and manage Business operations activities (Business Presentation preparations, leading key business meetings and support SLS Commercial head)
* Responsible for Pricing and Discount management (Including price rounds and pricing updates)
Patients Safety/Pharmacovigilance (PV):
To recognize a reportable Adverse Event (AE) or safety information and ensuring the necessary information is forwarded according to the company procedures.
EHSQ:
Comply with the company Environment, Health, Safety and Security policies and procedures relevant to your position.
Compliance:
* Comply with all applicable laws and regulations issued by the relevant government regulatory agencies;
* Abide by the Code of Conduct and all other policies relevant to your position, including but not limited to the Anti-Corruption and the Anti-Trust Policies.
MAIN INTERFACES
INTERNALLY:
- SEA SLS Regional Team
- Marketing- Product promotional programs, special pricing, etc.
- Customer Excellence- Order processing, order follow up, credit and collection, etc.
- Supply Chain, Warehouse and Distribution- Stock availability and delivery
- Finance- for Sales report and other key important sales activities.
EXTERNALLY:
- Customers in Team Territory Program
- Purchasing Managers, Laboratory heads and product end-users; and Company Heads

• Bachelors / Master's degree in Business
• PGDM / MBA preferred but not necessary.
• Excellent Commercial excellence or Sales Excellence experience in Life Sciences or any other industry.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience.
• Strong team player and track record of working collaboratively to manage cross-functional, cross-business issues and generate impact through others.
• Fluent English with Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
• A flexible individual feeling at ease in different cultures and situations.
• Passionate about the business; knowledge and experience with Data & products a plus.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills. Able to quantify financial impact of decisions and identifies key factors when making recommendations.
• Strong project management, coordination and organizational skills - Project Management Qualifications preferable but not necessary.
• Proven track record in boosting sales outcomes at scale and driving impact through analytics.
