Your Roles:
* A role that will work closely with the Country Sales leaders and will be responsible for the overall coordination, implementation and execution of the Country strategy including the following activities: Sales force effectiveness, Sales & Business processes & governance, CRM-SFDC, Account segmentation & targeting, territory alignment and all other key strategic initiatives to drive disciplined strategic execution.
Commercial enablement will include Sales Incentives and Commercial Training, to provide and advance critical infrastructure and capabilities for the commercial teams.
This role is designed to support the Country Sales Leaders in delivering a coordinated strategy by proactively establishing the vision and direction for commercial excellence type activity: supporting the country sales force to maintain and increase market share. The role includes close collaboration within Sales, Customer Excellence, Finance, Supply Chain and Marketing functions.
What You Should Do
• Partners with the commercial company in the country to define a coordinated strategy for implementing commercial operations activities across the country to support Salesforce in delivering growth objectives.
• Responsible for any Sales Enablement & Excellence Country Analyst(s) in the role of data & content management, reporting and Incentive calculation and Administration (where applicable).
• Manage and coordinate the end-to-end Segmentation and Targeting process for area of responsibility.
• Support in the implementation of Incentive plans where appropriate.
• Implements, tracks and supports the Sales Force effectiveness governance process (e.g. performance reviews), assisting the Country Sales Lead in following up on actions
• Lead and implement the budgeting (i.e. individual target setting) process for the Sales & Marketing teams. Act as Country Lead in coordinating and driving all territory design and target-setting activities.
• Overall coordination responsibility, improvement, and training for CRM system ([protected info]) and other Sales Enablement tools. Drives adoption of sales enablement tools.
• Drives the harmonization of business metrics and analytics (including key performance indicators), leveraging support from Reporting & Analytics teams to ensure data visibility.
• Acts as
project manager to drive key local projects/initiatives on an ad hoc basis.
• Develop and maintain effective execution communication within the Sales teams to ensure alignment.
• Becomes an active and key member of the overall Sales Enablement & Excellence team, sharing and championing and leveraging best practices within the wider organization.
• Lead and manage Business operations activities (Business Presentation preparations, leading key business meetings and supporting SLS Commercial head)
• Responsible for Pricing and Discount management (Including price rounds and pricing updates)

To recognize a reportable Adverse Event (AE) or safety information and ensure the necessary information is forwarded according to the company procedures.
