Market and customer development: Proactively identify, manage, and develop strategic customer portfolios in heavy industries such as Oil & Gas, Power, Steel, Cement, etc.
Solution consulting: Analyze customers' technical requirements to recommend specialized equipment (hydraulic jacks, pumps, torque wrenches, lifting, pushing and pulling equipment, etc.).
Sales process execution: Handle the full sales cycle including preparing quotations, conducting commercial negotiations, closing contracts, and following up on delivery and acceptance.
International coordination: Communicate directly with manufacturers (in English) regarding technical matters, check stock availability, and place orders.
Professional development: Study technical documents and English catalogues to thoroughly understand product features and specifications.
Yêu cầu
Male. Age: 30 - 40 years old.
College or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business-related majors.
At least 2 years of experience in
Technical Sales / B2B sales for products such as pumps, air compressors, or hydraulic equipment.
Strong network with customers in the industrial equipment / manufacturing sector are preferred.
Good English reading comprehension and written communication skills.
