• Be responsible to execute in overall Schuler Business in Vietnam.

• Analyze the territory/market's potential, track sales and status reports (weekly)

• Analyses Markets- develops a business case for new solutions, products and services.

• Coordinating between customer, vendor and development team according to customer's business flow and requirements.

• Build relationships - build internal and external relationships, builds and sustains trusting, collaborative relationships and alliances across functional, organizational, and geographical boundaries to achieve goals.

• Lead and manage team to identify the problems/issues, and work together with the relevant parties in order to define the root causes and provide the suggestions for improvement/correction.

• Track and monitor the project performance based on the business cases, timeline and budget.

• Find potential new customers, present to them, ultimately convert them into clients, and continue to grow business in the future.

• Help manage existing clients and ensure they stay satisfied and positive. Make presentations on solutions and services that meet or predict their clients' future needs under supervision of Schuler Thailand.

• Define long-term organizational strategic goals, build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, negotiate and close business deals and maintain extensive knowledge of current market conditions.

• Coordinate about VISA & Work permit for expat

• Coordinate with Courier/Forwarder regarding import and export shipment
